Are you a CUA student living with a mental health challenge, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, or a substance use disorder for example? Do you worry about keeping your experience a secret or if you should tell others?
Consider participating in this peer-led interactive program that focuses on making disclosure decisions!
The program is a three-session workshop with 6-10 other students, led by other students who live with a mental health challenge. The first session begins the week of February 27th, meets for two weeks, and is held on-campus, in a convenient and private location. In addition, there is one follow-up session 3 weeks later. PIZZA AND DRINKS WILL BE PROVIDED!
If you are interested in participating, to request accommodations, or would like more information please contact Dr. Jennifer Charles at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text anonymously at 202-930-5071
