Deconstruction: Implications on Design class salvages 12,200 lbs from Curley Court

Architecture Class works hard to avoid material going to the landfill.

Bradley Guy, assistant professor of Sustainable Design, School of Architecture, Spring 2015 class,  ARPL 539 "Deconstruction: Implications on Design" partners with local non-profits to salvage 12,200 lbs of material from the deconstruction of Curley Court trailers!!  The salvaged material includes furniture and appliances to Community Forklift and a non-profit that provides shelter for homeless vets. We applaud this classes efforts to recycle and reuse as much material as possible.
