Our office consists of:
Environmental Health and Safety - assists the University to maintain a safe and healthful place to learn, work, and visit; operates in a manner that protects our environment; and complies with applicable federal, District of Columbia and local codes/regulations.
Energy and Environmental Systems - supplies heating and cooling to the Campus, provides preventative, routine and emergency maintenance to the mechanical systems, and manages energy, green and sustainability initiatives.
Facilities Administration and Services - provides communication and administrative support for all of Facilities Operations and the campus community, provides custodial and special event set up support, as well as light moves, and provides pest management services for the campus community.
Facilities Maintenance and Operations - provides preventative, routine and emergency maintenance to all campus buildings and grounds.
Facilities Planning and Construction - oversees building projects from inception through completion with responsibilities that include planning, programming, budgeting, and scheduling for the construction of new buildings as well as improvements to existing facilities.
